KITAS (Limited Stay Permit) is for foreigners residing in Indonesia for work, investment, retirement, family reunification, or education.

Open to all nationalities. Requires an Indonesian sponsor: employer (work KITAS), educational institution (student KITAS), Indonesian spouse (family KITAS), or investment company.

Important Notes
- •Work KITAS requires an Indonesian employment contract and work permit (IMTA)
